Serve at Anthology.

Help us build a church family that changes stories—one Sunday at a time.

WE NEED YOU

Why Serving
Matters

Anthology isn’t just a service to attend—it’s a people to belong to and a mission to carry. When you serve, you help create space for others to hear hope, meet Jesus, and find more to their story.

Whether you’re brand new to faith, coming back after a long time away, or have been following Jesus for years—there’s a role you can play.

You can belong before you believe—and you can serve before you’re “ready.”

WHAT TO EXPECT

You don’t have to do everything. But every team member leans into these three things:

WHERE YOU CAN JUMP IN

Connections
Team

Help people feel seen the moment they arrive—greeting, helping with next steps, and creating a warm, simple experience for guests.

Anthology
Kids

Create a safe, fun environment where kids can learn about Jesus at their level. From holding babies to leading small groups, there’s a range of roles and support.

Setup and
Teardown

Turn a school into a great place for a church service and back again—signs, chairs, gear, kids spaces, everything. Great for people who like to move, build, and make things work.

Worship and Production

Lead our church family in singing and help create an environment where people can focus. This includes band, vocals, slides, sound, and other tech roles.

Prayer &
Care

Pray for people, follow up during the week, and walk with those who are struggling or celebrating big moments.

Special Events & Hospitality

Help with meals, events, and moments outside of Sunday that help people connect and feel at home.

You’ll get equipped, encouraged, and surrounded by people who are in it with you.
